    A. Responsibilities:
    • In collaboration with Performance Management Section, develop the ManPower Planning for the current year
    • In charge for recruitment and selection activities for head office, regional office and sales office, starting from accepting the manpower request, develop requirement & responsibilities, job posting, application & CV screening, set up interview + test + offering + medical check up schedule, support for infrastructure needed for new employees
    • Maintain the recruitment progress to ensure the SLA fulfillment and report it to the superior
    • Make recommendations for the employee needs sourcing through internal (mutation, rotation, promotion) or external (recruitment)
    • Conduct an initial interview test and make a recommendation report and check medical check up results
    • Propose and implement of recruitment and selection program activities : job fair, exclusive agreement with universities, debriefing for interviewers
    • Support for promoting aspect for employees to decrease the turn over rate
    B. General Requirement:
    1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any fields, Master’s Degree in Psychology is value advantage
    2. Required Skills : psychological test, interviewing,
    3. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
    4. Familiar with maintain Manpower Planning & recruitment annual reporting
    5. Have extensive recruitment source relations such as collaboration with universities or other private institutions
    6. Creative, Dynamic, Fast Response and Team Player
    7. Good communication and negotiation skill
