    The Sales Manager should build sales plans and achieve the sales of PIPELINE Project, Process and Industry product line and area as per the company set targets with the support of a multi skilled international team

    The company is a multinational company and a major provider for tubing solutions used in exploration and production. The objectives of the company are to engage in businesses of trade and industry and to serve as a service provide in oil and gas and mining industry. The company's business are manufacturing, providing services, repairing equipment to support the oil and gas industry with a yearly sales of 30 kilo tonnes (50-70 Mio usd).
     
    Description
     
    - Establishes sales plans to achieve forecasts and annual sales target in its sales area; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new produts (tonnages, sales price levels, product mix, customers portfolio)
     
    - Build compelling offers to customers' requirements for his/her area
     
    - Manages efficient and sustainable customer relationship
     
    - Ensure purchase order are well handed over to Inside Sales/Project Execution for processing and execution PRI (payable, receivables, inventories) are well monitroed and followed up with customer where necessary
     
    - Definition and implementation of market strategy plan (in teamwork with sales agent and marketing department if required)
     
    - Build and drive the promotion plan of company's products and solutions and lobby towards EPC, end users and all further interested stake holders
     
    - Identify, prioritize and take actions to answer key market needs
     
    - Ensure and establish the sales organization answering customers' requirements in a timely manner to satisfy the customers' expectations
     
    - Propose selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and market volume
     
    - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings, semintars and workshops; review professional publicationsl establish personal networks; participate in professional societies; attend product and market specific local trade fairs
     
    - Regular on time communication and reporting on customer visit and market news
     
    - Follow companies' internal processes and procedures
     
    Profile
     
    - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business , Sales
     
    - Experienced in sales, technical sales, negotiations and customer service
     
    - Degree in Engineering is a plus
     
    - Experienced with EPCI, preferably involved in subsea, is a plus
     
    - Fluent in English and Bahasa
